Love it. We really enjoyed it. Kayaking is more fun than feet pedal boat. Stand-up surf boards will get your clothes wet but this is the fun thing. We didn't try their canoe.

Thanks to the young man and woman that helped my nephew and I on 8/17/17, they made our experience even better. It was my first time ever on a kayak, and my nephew, the more experienced one, chose a SUP. The young man suggested we head south so we don't tire out on our way back because of the wind and current, good call, I got a great workout and my nephew and I had a fantastic day on the lake. The facility is clean and well stocked, I will DEFINITELY make a return trip and highly recommend to friends and family.

We had a terrible experience. We called 1/2 hour before arriving to let them know we were in our way(from Calgary). They said they would hold a raft for us but as we arrived 25 minutes later they were sending out all the rafts and had none left. We decided to wait 1/2 an hour for a raft to arrive we could take and in that time we saw the employees randomly telling every other group of people who arrived whether they could go out on the water or not based on weather. While waiting one of their signs fell on my wife because of the wind and cut up her leg. The employee just came by and grabed the sign and wandered off with it. Now she has a huge gash/bruise on her leg and the employees didn't even know if they had a first aid kit on site to look at it. Five minutes after that the owner showed up and told them to shut everything down because of the high winds. All the employees had to say was "sorry about your leg, it looks like it hurts" their level of customer service is beyond terrible. After all of this we didn't even end up going out of the water after waiting 30 mins for a kayak to come in and after an injury. You would think the least they could do is invite us back on another day and apologize for the inconvenience and injury. Worst experience ever.
