We were greeted by reception who put us in touch with a sales rep, Bill Bartlett. Bill was good and asked us a few questions so he understood what we were looking for. He clearly figured that out in a short time! He showed us 2 units, both of which checked all the boxes for us. Naturally we liked one more than the other. Bill allowed us to browse as much as we wanted but was there to answer questions and show us things whenever we asked. He was not in our face in any way which is how we like it. We had looked at many units at many different dealers and we decided to purchase. Bill worked with us on that aspect as well and addressed things that we wanted looked after that were not part of the official "package" of standard equipment. This was a great experience. I don't think anyone would be disappointed in how they get treated at Field of RV Dreams!

Had an amazing experience purchasing our trailer. We went in, let the salesman, Bill know what we were looking for, he showed us what they had and let us sit in them while we decided, with no pressure at all. Financing was great, Debby kept us informed along the way, and explained everything to us. When we came to pick our trailer up, Chad went over everything inside and out. We left there ready to camp and have taken it out already this year. Thank you to all the management and staff that made this process so amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase an RV.

Bill was a great salesman. Answered all of our questions, showed us a great selection within our budget and wasn't pushy at all.

These guys saved our July long weekend camping trip! As we pulled away from home on the Friday after work we noticed that water was gushing out from our tank, and we were heading to a spot without potable water close. We thought we lost the tank drain cap (again). We search for the nearest rv parts place that is still open and decided to try field of rv dreams. Unfortunately their parts department just closed. As we were about to pull away, someone came running out and asked what is wrong. Turned out to be something other than the missing cap. Not only did they fix the issue for us after hours on a long weekend, they also refilled our water tank and put air in our tires. I should mention that we didn’t buy our trailer here or have ever been here before - we were complete strangers. (But we’ll be back for sure). Airdrie has some really kind people!!

We had a great experience with Frank, Debbie, and Chad. The purchase process was smooth, and we hope that customer service will continue to impress during any ownership issues.
