Barb our sales lady was great! The service and parts departments have been great to to deal with. Great selection of trailers. All in all great people to deal with. Plus, they have customer appreciation days with free hot dogs. Highly recommend the All Star Team.

Pretty good place selection was ok. Me my wife and 2 kids walked the lot for about 30 minutes before any one paid attention to us. A guy on a golf cart smoking a cigarette drove by asked if we had any questions but don't think he had any intention of actually stopping. Not a very great welcoming for a young family. A gentleman named Jim did come up and gave me lots of information on what RVs would be suitable for my vehicle. If we do return it would be because of him. Pretty nice building a stand out showroom.

I purchased two trailers from all star over a 2 month span, and the majority of my experiences were great. Positive, helpful, and motivated staff. The second trailer was purchased after the first was written off. Dealing with the insurance slowed the purchasing and financing processes of the second trailer. After stopping by regularly over the final week of purchasing our second trailer, I was reminded by an all star staff member that they’re busy, and I should wait for them to contact me. Luckily everything worked out and we love our new trailer.

I have bought four trailers in my life but never have I ever been treated with the respect and courtesy that these guys gave everyone in my family. We were not pressured to buy a bigger unit and were given a fair trade. To be honest we will only ever purchase from this place because we had such an awesome experience. The staff is awesome! We bought in the lower end for trailers and were treated as though we bought a 150,000$ unit. Ours was way less then 20,000$ but you would never have known considering how well they treated everyone in my family even my toddler. Everyone that we met, our son loved the kids shirt and the staff were awesome with him. Darell our sales guy was top notch and the manager was fantastic! We are extremely happy customers. Go there! They're great!
