My family of 3 (2 middle-aged adults and a 20 year old) rented bikes from here for 2 1-hour time slots. I’m only 5 ft tall and they had a bike that fit me perfectly. The prices here are UNBEATABLE: $9 American Dollars per hour for a cruising bike! We took them down a shared road (both cars and bikes allowed) past a few lakes and saw the first black bear we’ve seen so far after spending 9 days all over National Parks and lakes. It was in between the 1st 2 lake stops on the right hand side before a hill. It was about 20 ft away from us in a forest eating berries. Would definitely rent here again!!! Very nice employees too.

I rented a full suspension bike which was nice. Banff Adventures really needs to have a bike tech or trained staff on duty to help with set-up. The staff did not know anything about bikes or setup and barely had the correct tools for me to use to set it up correctly otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

You wana have beginner ski lessons (5star), tubing(5star), they got it all. Beginner ski lessons start @ $99 per person for 2hrs, which is great value for your money. We even booked horse sleigh with them, which was nice (3star) . Overall great experience with 3 activities.

Sucks when you fly in to have a great weekend but they cant deliver. We booked the dog sledding and were notified a few days early that it would be cancelled due to weather. They convinced me to pay more and do the helicopter tour. We then schedule the helicopter on Saturday and plan our ski trip for Sunday. They then call us an hour before we are supposed to be in the Air and advise us that its cancelled. We came to Banff with high expectations and we are now leaving with a sour taste in our mouths and no longer want to do business with them.
