Beautiful camping facilities. Not too busy, with lots of space to spread out in the individual sites . Great little hikes and beautiful views of the water and the mountains. Wild deer and goats nearby. The facilities are well appointed and the people who care for the place were readily available and friendly. Very positive experience when we visited.

Its nature with an amazing view. Can get busy but if you step thr type of person to gave an outdoor attraction less than 5 stars you won't enjoy this

Beautiful views. I came during winter so the lake was frozen over. The sun was out and the snow looked like shining crystals. It was really a breathtaking sight with the Rockies in the background and the snow covered trees.

Went skating here and would definitely recommend that again. Neff to earmark that time I fall when the weather is cold enough but no snow. Need to persevere on the drive as it is quite far down the road. Next time i would try and head further along the lake as the ice was pretty bumpy near the Canmore end. From other pics i think it looked better down the way.
