Came here ice fishing. It was surprisingly busy for a Thursday afternoon. Didn't catch much but the lake is incredibly deep and freezes deeply meaning you can easily drive onto the ice to set up your tent and other gear. Beautiful spot just beside Morley. The lake is in quite a valley so it's reasonably protected from wind. I found it rather deep throughout so finding a suitable spot to fish can be difficult. I've heard fishing around dusk or dawn here is recommended

Very beautiful place, I especially like going up to the river that feeds into it.

Great place to enjoy time with family and friends.

Great place for families! Has washrooms, water taps and picnic benches! Be careful with small paddling boats on south side of the bridge (where biggest lake area is) during windy days! Always have life jacket on! We tried to reach the island and we got in trouble due to windy conditions. Luckily one boat rescued us (Thanks Scott!). Play safe and your day will be amazing!
