Great food, love the view

Rude management and EXTREMELY unprofessional behaviour. If I could put zero stars I would. Once we arrived and started unloading our boat an Elder lady from the bar approached us in a very unfriendly manner and started yelling saying we weren't allowed to unload there. We tried to explain our situation but we were cut off and she said " For $10 that you paid what do you want?"(Sic) Once she noticed that we spoke a different language with one another she approached us and rudely asked "Does he speak English?" Referring to me, with a clear irritation in her voice. She began yelling at us again. During this time she had failed to introduce herself as the manager. We were calmly trying to explain that no one explained the rules when we got there. Instead of listening she began threating us with her authoritative position stating that she had the right to kick us out if she wanted to. Then another rude character came along, who we later found out to be the Director of blah blah blah and started yelling that we only had 5mins to unload or else we would be kicked out. I have never encountered such rude customer service. I genuinely felt sorry and embarrassed for the club and owners wondering if this was really the best they could come up with for a staff. I own a business myself and if I found out my manager and staff were treating customers like this he / she would be fired on the spot.
