Just bought a bike with these guys. I’m a Honda lover so obviously I’m happy with the product. However, the service from Raymond and the rest of the guys in the shop was excellent! They made the process seamless and easy and at every turn made me feel like I was their most valuable customer. They went beyond my expectations. My next Honda will be purchased from there and I would highly recommend them.

Terrible service department! If I could put zero stars I would Brought my dirtbike in to get fixed and they told me it was going to be 6 days before they could look at it. 8 days went by so I called them and they still hadn't brought it into the shop to even look at it which wasnt really a big deal. After 11 days they called me and said it was in the shop and wanted to know what the problem was so I explained what was going on with my bike and they said ok we should have it figured out in the next couple days so ok perfect I'll have my bike back for the weekend before I go leave town for work. After 15 days I called back and they still hadn't figured it out so I said that's fine I'm leaving for work for 2 weeks and you might not be able to get ahold of me so just do what you gotta do to fix it and they said yup no problem we'll have it fixed. So I leave to work and after about 3 weeks after I dropped it off I figured I'd call to see what's it's going on thinking it would be fixed and they said they hadn't even looked at it yet cuz they were "short staffed" so that's when I started to get a little aggravated cuz they said it was going to be looked at in 6 days and now were going on 3 weeks. They said they were going to move it to the top of the list and it will be the first thing they look at monday morning. I didnt receive any calls so I called them Wednesday morning and said what is going on it's been 3 and a half weeks now and you guys have done nothing with it when you said it would be 6 days before it goes in the shop and I told them they better have some answers for me in the next day or two or I'll come pick it up and take it somewhere else because this is ridiculous. Then they call me Friday afternoon just before closing time they call me and say it's good to go so after month of them with my bike they finally had it fixed and when I went it to pick it up Saturday morning they didnt even apologize for taking so long or even offer to do anything for me so needless to say I will NEVER take anything there to get fixed ever again. Terrible service!!

Dropped in for the first time today to pick up some Honda parts, they were very helpful and had everything I needed in stock, also talked to the sales person in the showroom everyone was very friendly. I'll definitely go back next time I need something.
