Overall: We will Never frequent this business again! We stored our boat at Lighthouse Marine last fall. We explicitly instructed them not to unwrap the boat until we ask them to. Here is were the trouble started: They unwrapped the boat early this spring and before we asked for it; they then left the boat parked outside exposed to the weather; the batteries were both completely drained and dead; the license plate had been taken off and was missing (later found again); the motor wasn't supported and the cover not put on. Our boat was clean when we dropped it off and very dirty when we picked it up. We expected the boat to be clean and ready for pick up when we arrived, after giving them time to get it ready, they handed it over in the above described condition. But the worst was that the person we dealt with didn't seem to care at all and when verbalizing my disappointment about the boats condition she became very defensive. Very bad customer relations and service!

Great team. Caitlyn and Mike made sure my boat was serviced on time and they both had lots of knowledge on heyday boats

Is your boat battery dead after its long slumber over winter and you never checked it out until you were ready to back out on to the lake? Have you wondered where the only place open that has boat batteries and is open late on a Saturday afternoon? Look no further then this place the first walleye was caught for them.

The staff is great. It’s nice to walk in and they know you by name. We bought a used pontoon that the speaker broke off while traveling. Mike replaced them no questions asked. Thanks mike and staff for the great service.

My experience with the NEW staff at Lighthouse Marine didn`t start well but with diligence from the staff-even after some problems that feel directly on their shoulders- i`m happy to say the problems are resolved and we are back out enjoying our Pontoon Boat. We will continue to use their services as i feel they are well on their way to sorting out ALL of the problems that they were left with from the previous operators!!
