Park had multiple wasp nests and I got bitten couple of times on my ankle (extremely painful for days). Very low maintenance to the whole facility but staff is somehow friendly.

Great place to rent canoes. Have been here a few times and I'm from out of province. 6AUG2017 @1430hrs - Witnessed some very rude customer service and poor interpersonal skills from a male staff with a green shirt. About 5'10. He needs to be retrained on how to speak with people. Instead of greeting patrons with "Are you on a waitlist?" Maybe start your interaction with, "There's a waitlist for rentals right now, would you like me to write your name and number down? The wait could be up to 3hrs, but I have no way to be certain." Other comments were condescending. I get it dude, you work in an environment that tests your patience all day. But don't take it out on other people.

Paddle, walk, row, run, bike, you have it all. Rent a boat in the fall and paddle up weaslehead, reasonable prices and knowledgeable staff.
