Thrilled to have found these guys. After years of receiving shoddy work and slow turnarounds from our previous repair shop, these guys are like a breath of fresh air. Had us fixed up and driving away in less than a day, rates were reasonable and work was excellent. Went over and above taking the time to explain their work, and had the boat on my hitch almost before I could get out of the truck. We will be back, and will consider them our go to shop.

So happy to have found this place. We have been dealing with another Marine shop and after years and years of shoddy repairs and insanely long service periods (we went almost an entire summer without the boat only to pick it up in time for one nice weekend and then discover in the this spring they had not fixed the issue and too much time had passed for them to repair their own work without another charge) we are so very happy to find B & L. Not only did they fix the crappy repairs the other shop performed, they turned it around in an afternoon and with minimal charge. Can't wait to get back on the water.

Provided me with a new sump pump, and helped me with my prop situation, has always gave me good advice, always fair price. This store is geared more towards up to $50,000 boats range, runabouts, fishing boats, outboards, etc. Not really set up for the $100,000+ big money surf boats.

I have read a bunch of negative reviews about Bob and B&L marine and I disagree. I don’t need a schmoozy car sales-type to be my best friend. I need someone to fix my problems and get solid advice from. I can understand he can be gruff, but in my experience his knowledge and willingness to help is top notch. I have been overcharged at Alberta marine for simple repairs and maintenance as well as a couple bad experiences at other shops but Bob had always been good to me.

The guy is a proper a-hole.
