When purchasing a trailer from this place, do not fall for the extended warranty proposal. I have had my trailer trailer brought back multiple times and have not once had anything covered by the extended warranty. They are quick to pass the buck to First Canadian (insurance people) who have so much fine print that you are not explained to. This place is a joke for customer care. They take the money for the warranty then slam the door on your face. Hey Wes, not sure what you mean by "cover for free". If you are talking about repainting my front cap, then I would like to let you know that I was told it had a lifetime warranty as it was the eclipse package. But I do appreciate the gesture.

Bought a very expensive trailer last year. Have had nothing but problems. None of the pipes were tight under the sink when we got it, I wouldn’t have thought we should even check it, should be good to use! Water damage on all the cupboards. Was laughed at when asked to fix it. So so many things have gone wrong and customer service is awful. Last year we asked for the awning to be sealed in 1 spot as it leaked ....unlucky for us it leaked into the fridge door that was open and caused more water damage. The voicemail I got back to my message was so nasty. Saying it’s my responsibility as an owner to fix these things. It wasn’t fixed when I had full warranty. Now 1 year warranty is over and they refused to fix it when warranty was good. I’m now stuck with a brand new trailer with no heat working on top of it all! They say you have full warranty but will not actually fix things when they go wrong. We have an absolute lemon... anything that could have needed fixing has gone wrong. It’s not fun taking 3 kids out and having nothing but problems. Worst customer service!

My husband and I purchased an RV last month. We enjoyed working with our sales consultant Pete McDonald very much - low-key, no pressure and very knowledgeable. We were staying in a hotel waiting for our RV - they went out of their way to ensure that it was ready earlier than scheduled so that we could be on our way. Good service - highly recommended.

I bought my first RV from them last year and they were great to deal with. I refer all my friends and family to anyone looking to buy! My Solaire came in for some minor warranty work and all the people I dealt with were great! I cannot say enough great things! Thank you again!

Were upfront with there price. Salesman listened to what I wanted. Finance was easy and got me a good rate.
