Wifes 2009 shadow had a top rad bolt snap so took it here to get bolt tapped out and crash bar reinstalled.first quote 300+..450 dollars later and stories of "all the bolts on this bike are stripped" and there is a drill bit broke off in the hole. Which was not possible as no one had attempted to fix it. Then month later foot shifter assembly falls off . Wife had written a fb review can't see it now.

Overall good experiences with this company. We are from Edmonton but often spend weekends in Cold Lake. They managed to service my motorcycles and quad far more quickly than dealers in Edmonton. Cheaper too ;) Based on my experiences I decided to buy my most recent quad from them.

There is a ramp we used a couple times to unload the quad and load it. They let us use it. To poor to shop here

If you feel like you can do it yourself? But don't have the time? Take it to the city! Broken promises,no parts.....and shady work! (Love pulling out your winch cable)(that they replaced) and realizing your not at the doctor with a needle In your finger, but your finger broke through electrical tape.....and, now u want to go to the doctor!😡. Straight up BS! Never again! Should have ordered parts myself! Done the work myself! Oh!!! Don't call on Mondays! They will get back to you following Tuesday!

They are really booked up all the time for service and parts are only once a week for mercury stuff. They also offer limited support for things like service manuals but I think that's Mercury's fault. Nothing makes me more angry than companies that don't make the information about the product I own available when their dealers can't work on the stuff in a timely manner. But, that's not this dealers fault.
