They sold us a boat that had a big hole in the bottom. Andrew was our salesman and he refused to admit there was a hole. We have since found out that the boat has severe Fiberlass cracks all throughout the bottom and has to have major work. We definitely won’t recommend you use these people

I had a great buying experience with Gulf Coast Boating Center. Andrew was very helpful throughout the process and cared more about making sure we were buying the right boat rather than just trying to make a sale. We were very satisfied and we would definitely recommend a first time boat buyer to visit Andrew at Gulf Coast. Thanks!!

Just bought a used Searay from Andrew. Very professional and helpful. We scheduled a test drive of the boat. Then after the purchase I had to call a couple times for help remembering the various controls and other technical discussion and Andrew was very patient and courteous. This is my second boat to buy from them. The first was about ten years ago. My experience was five stars.

I contracted them to sell my boat. The price I wanted was under the average price for the year model and condition for the boat. They jacked the selling price so high that it sat there and never sold. Basically I wasted the season and decided to just take my boat back before the contract was up. It cost me hundreds to do so. To make matters worse their cleaning crew failed to snap my carpet in place before I picked it up. The carpet was just half-assed laid on the floor but appeared to be snapped in correctly. Well guess what happened? I lost the main section of the carpet on the road somewhere between Gulf Coast and Cypress TX. To make matters even worse than they were already the carpet manufacturer no longer makes that type of carpet. In order to make it match I have to spend over $700 to replace it all. I emailed Gulf Coast to let them know their crew was incompetent. Never did I get a response, apology, a recommendation or anything. NOTHING! That is why they demand cash I guess. I do not recommend dealing with Gulf Coast Boating Center at all.

Great buying experience. This company went above and beyond to get this deal done. Unforeseen issues came up with the title being in a trust. Andrew went out of his way to run all over town and get paperwork signed so that I could still have my shipper pick the boat up on time. Highly recommended!!
