I am thrilled with the service received at Mark’s Marine. I drove an hour to have my boat serviced and it was well worth the drive. All of my questions were answered, a quote was provided and the boat was ready to go as promised. Upon arriving to pick up the boat, I received a full explanation of what was done and what to expect. I received a phone call the next week to make sure I was satisfied. The new engine is amazing and I now have a place I can take my boat and not have to worry. Mark’s Marine is a hidden Gem on highway 3 past the airport in Medicine Hat. There is no sign but you will see all the boats in the yard.

Mark and his staff are awesome. I will gladly drive over 2 hours to have my boat service at his shop rather than in lethbridge! He was better qualified at a better price.

Last fall, September 2013 I took my boat in to Mark's marine because it needed one of the engines rebuilt. The quote was $2000-$2500 which I found to be reasonable, but it would have to be a winter project because they had so many people wanting their boats winterized at that time of year which I also found to be reasonable. Well it's May 20/2014. This has turned into a winter, spring and summer project. The boat still isn't ready. I've called several times to ask if it's ready yet. I believe considering how long it's taking that they should be calling me, letting me know what's going on and apologize. I appreciate when businesses keep their word and if they can't, then at least call me and communicate with me. I shouldn't have to persistently call them. After all, they are making their living from people like me. I'm very frustrated and disappointed with them. Next time I need work done on my boat I'll just take it all the way to Calgary to the Sea Doo dealership, And after all this, when I finally receive the bill it better be within the quoted amount.......... June 8th, still waiting........

Always good service. I've never been surprised by the bill and Mark is always willing to listen.
