So I bought a new 5th wheel from Western in May of this year, upon utilizing it for the first time some deficiencies were found, leaking sink and leaking wardrobe slide. I used it for 2 short camping trips and decide to book it in for repair. Phoned the dealership to make an appointment, discussed the deficiencies and the time frame that the unit would be needed back because it would be utilized for an upcoming work project. They told me to drop it off the next day. When dropping it off a list of deficiencies was given to the dealership and I asked for a quote on some items I was willing to purchase out of pocket. Two weeks went by and no phone call, so I stopped in to check on the progress and was told that it hadn’t been looked at yet. Again had to list the deficiencies to be corrected as them seemed to not be able to find the work order. Told them again of the date required and was told they would try to make it their priority. Received a phone call this morning stating they completed some minor things I had asked for a quote on. Then they stated that they required a release from the manufacturer to work on the slide. I asked if the sink had been fixed and the service person was unsure and that they would have the mechanic phone me. The mechanic phoned me and proceeds to tell me that they need a release from the manufacturer and that any parts could be up to 3 weeks away and stated nothing about fixing the leaky sink. Stated to the mechanic that I was becoming frustrated and was asked why, lol! 1. If they could not repair the deficiencies in the time frame asked for, state that! (3 week period) 2. If they knew they required time frame to receive the release and obtain the necessary parts, why not say so and why not try to diagnose the issues from the time of drop off, set the unit aside and then repair it when said parts arrive. When I give $50000 to someone for their product I expect better customer service then received. As a small business owner I understand the necessity in providing my clients with proper service. Needless to say they have lost my business!

No stars. This place is a joke. Brought my camper in 6 weeks ago told them the converter was smoking. They waited til now to look at it and decide the problem was the converter, and now i have to wait a couple more weeks for the part to get here. I will say the sales lady was awesome when i bought the camper but not impressed by anything else with western rv
