Appalling Customer Service

On Sep 7 @ 10:00 AM I purchased two filters and some gear oil from Shipwreck Marine. It took me 30 minutes to complete this purchase. There was no one around to help. These guys have absolutely no concept of customer service. Obviously they don't give a s_ _ t weather you buy stuff from them or not. After reading google reviews, I would NEVER purchase a boat from them either. In the future, if there is anyway to avoid this business I will do so. I will also tell my 10 friends who will tell their 10 friends not to ever shop in this dump!

I was in the market for a new boat, and after looking on line and in person at a few different places,I ended up buying a new StarCraft fishing boat off Shipwreck. Their price was very fair, and Kelly and the other staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to deal with. I appreciated that they took my old boat in trade as well, which needed a new motor. As I was from (way) out of town, Kelly, as well as Cheryl in finance, made an extra effort to accommodate me in my short visit in Edmonton. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a boat!

First boat purchase Service was good and prices were too. Riddle me this..if we’re being told to make sure we do the proper servicing at the proper intervals based on hours why did I have to buy an aftermarket hour meter and install it myself? My point is why was there not already an hour meter from factory on the boat? We dealt with Bill and he was very good to deal with and helped us with all our questions. I like Shipwreck and still do business with them today after two years of having our Bayliner. Thanks

We bought a used boat from Shipwreck Marine this year. I try to judge my experiences based on my own, and not someone else’s. Kelly Arbour went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the service. Helpful and knowledgeable, he was there to answer any questions, but not pushy at all. The whole crew was there to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Well done!

Kelly Arbour and the other staff at Shipwreck made every effort to accommodate my limited time in Edmonton and made the boat purchasing process very easy. They even came into the shop on their days off! Kelly took the time to go over the details of the boat and its operation, and ensured everything was in order before he let me trailer it off the lot. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Went to a few places and could not find anyone with the knowledge that Kelly has at Shipwreck. He took the time to educated me about the product and was not pushy like many other salespeople. He was very easy to deal with and so was the finance office. Very good experience overall. If you are thinking of buying he would be a great person to deal with and he followed up to make sure I was happy.
