Have ordered two custom dinnerwear sets through Pottery By Heather. Have always received amazing service with her. The studio is convenient to get to and she is very committed to quality and customer satisfaction. When I went to pick up my dinnerwear she had an amazing selection of ready to purchase pottery on her shelves and I ended up leaving with many pieces to add to my collection. I will continue to order through her for custom work as well as visit the studio as often as I can!

Love Heather's Celtic line. Was so happy to be able to purchase another piece at the Canmore Highland Games. Work is smooth, balanced, artistically simple and pleasing, and delightfully useful. Thank you, Heather, for sharing your talent!

Placed an order with this company back in December via email. Had a few discussions around what I was looking for, sizes, specific glazes and pricing, which all resulted in my placing an order for work done and an agreement by company to contact, keep me up to date with progress within a 6-8 week period. I did also have to send a couple of reminder emails as my questions were not responded to after a couple of weeks. Despite that I did proceed with ordering, which was probably my first bad choice.... After placing the order, I never heard from them again, no emails or check in's to advise how things were proceeding, and no further contact to say the items were ready or there were issues, or any explanations of any type. Very poor way to conduct your business and thank goodness I didn't pay for anything upfront. Lesson learned, and will not recommend or deal with this company again for my pottery needs!
