Very pretty lake but the country charges $20 per vehicle just to drive into the public access. With or without a boat! They have nice little day-use picnic tables if you're will to spend $20 just to sit at them. Other than that it's pretty much impossible to go sit by the lake because it's surrounded my private properties. I posted a picture so you can see what a $20 view looks like.

Great lake! Both private and public access. Calm and peaceful. Very few places now adays that merit this mention.

Because the County continues to allow continued development on the lake, the water quality continues to deteriorate and the fish continue to die. People continue to pollute the natural setting with boom boxes, rap and garbage. What once was a peaceful calming experience now more often than not is irritating.

Great place to hang out on a hot day with a boat except it gets busy on the water

The lake has no beach. Have to wade through reeds and muck to get into the water. They charge for parking and of you're not crazy early the lot is full. Other lakes in the area are way nicer and parking is free.
