Slowly perusing boats, and there is a great selection, just went into the shop with my daughter and husband and recieved probably the best customer service I've ever experienced from a retail store. The girl working was so friendly and attentive, offered a blow up ball to my young daughter to play with while we shopped, was accommodating, offered to find different sizes for the selection I was trying on, and even led me to the "best fitting room" so I had better lighting. Super impressed with this girls positive attitude and friendly and approachable customer service skills. I could go on and on. I didn't even catch her name and I wish I did. This is the first review I've left for any clothing store and it's solely because of her. Give the girl a raise. She's got brown hair, late teens / early 20s. Will shop here again because of her.

It seems that unless one buys their boat here the customer service is nonexistent. They are "too busy servicing their own boats" to help otherwise. Bought a boat here many years ago and our treatment was completely different. Went in with a question recently and had to stand and wait even tho 3 staff were clearly not busy. Did get my answers but didnt feel welcomed.

Very helpful this past summer. Great service.

Pretentious snotty people who clearly have no interest in gaining business. So a guy bought a boat here a couple years ago, we buy the boat from him, and pay 90% of what the boat was new- and they refused us service because "we didn't buy the boat there" even though OUR MONEY is what ultimately paid them. I would never so much as buy a tow rope from them now, let alone another $120,000 boat.
