Worst customer service ever! Left multiple messages for Tammy and never hear back from her once. Had been calling for three days wanting to rent a boat on our Vacation and finally after the third day she answered and and was so rude and short, she just said "I have no boats!" When we inquired about the one boat sitting outside the store, she said "that boat doesn't go out" even tho the gentleman on the first day said it did. It is more worth your wild to drive 20 mins down the road and rent from Captains Village. Excellent the service and boats!

Excellent customer service. We booked for a day with the possibilities of a thunderstorm and they continued to contact us in regards to the weather (looking out for our safety). We needed to cancel due to bad weather in the end, and they were extremely accomodating. We would definitely book with Magna Bay Adventure Sports again.

Great place, great friendly service from Tammy. We rented a Sea Doo one day, a ski boat another day, and a paddle board on a third day. All the equipment was in good shape and we had a blast. Good prices and great location in this area of the lake.

Brilliant service, rates and fun! Boat and equipment (water-skis and inflatable) were good quality. Orientation was informative and not over-bearing. Highly recommended.
