Rental and return was quick and easy. Life jackets in good condition. We pedal boated around the lake twice in an hour. Lots of ducks, geese, and even saw an otter! Really relaxing experience and it's great for circulation too. Will bring our child next time.

Quick and easy. We came to deer lake for a walk around 7:30 pm on a summer night, literally saw this place in the middle of our walk and decided to go boating. The process was so quick, simple and overall very enjoyable. The lake itself isnt very big so you can easily paddle back and forth within the hour. Its around 20 bucks an hour, no need for any formal instructions or training.

Looking for something fun to do this summer? Check these guys out. Great deals on rentals and it's a fun way to spend the afternoon outside. keep an eye out for groupon deals as they tend to run them fairly frequently. Rentals are open until the weather starts to turn a bit but you can usually count on them being open till the end of September. Be sure to get there early when it's sunny as you may end up waiting awhile behind some families with kids and such.

Fun experience. Definitely good for beginners like me. After awhile though it felt like a large public pool that was over crowded.
