Shaun in the parts department was awesome to deal with! I called M&P after trying a number of different avenues to find a window part for my Bayliner. Shaun was able to find the part and get it shipped to their office within the time line he provided. As I live in a rural area and the part was heavy and expensive to ship Shaun called various couriers and was able to find the most reasonable price to get the part in my hands. Thanks again Shaun I will totally deal with M&P again.

I just had an outboard serviced here and the service and follow up was very good. Courtenay kept me in the loop throughout the service process and even called me to make sure I knew of their hours during the Boat Show weekend.

Friendly, knowledgeable service staff. Sales staff also were very helpfull. Would have gotten five stars but like anything to do with boats - service and repairs are expensive.
