We are always super happy with our rental experience with this company. The location is awesome, and the staff always go the extra mile to make sure we feel comfortable and help us to navigate the best route so we get the most of our day. We had a fun day on the water for our staff gathering, ordered some pizza to pick up when in deep cove and then went for a swim and checked out the falls. Everyone had a blast, reasonable rates for the day and reliable and easy boats. Never disappoints!

The boats are way better than any other rentals and the staff are the best! No pressure, very patient and made me feel like I was their priority. Also, I found renting out of Coal harbour has way better access to places worth checking out on a boat. With other locations I always burn up a whole hour and spend way more in gas before I've even started enjoying my rental. Great boats! Great Service! Great prices!

Easily the best boating experience I have every had, and I rent a lot of boats! The young man helping us and his charming Irish accent was so nice. And he made us feel so comfortable! Also, the boats are fantastic! So clean, comfortable. Best boat rental experience ever! Get there early cuz they go quick!

So much fun. Wes offers great customer service with a smile. So friendly and helpful. Excellent instructions. Great boats. He even allowed us to bring our dogs. I won’t go anywhere else to rent. Coal Harbour service is the very best! You won’t be disappointed.

Had a Great day trip out on the water to see the Granite Falls up the Indian Arm with friends. Fantastic customer service leaving the marina and getting back, no problems at all, answered all our questions. Would happily recommend to friends for a cheap day out.
