Found out about this online and was able to book everything a few weeks before. We were flying in from Toronto and operated on a very tight schedule for a bachelor's party as we were staying just one day. The entire experience was amazing and very informative in the beginning to help us understand how to operate the boat safely and efficiently. It was pretty dense in the beginning but as long as you're in a group, it should be pretty easily understood and mostly common sense. The experience really exceeded every expectation and we were able to have an unforgettable experience. Both Emma and James who were on duty that day were amazing and helped us settle in. They had called to confirm the day before as well given that I had warned them we might be coming in late if there were any flight delays (we had a connecting flight as well) but everything was on time and all the charges were very fair. Definitely will come back and rent another boat again when we return!

An unbelievable experience on a lovely new speed boat travelling along the coast of Vancouver. We spent three hours out on the boat and went as far as deep cove which is a beautiful site. This was a great way to top off our holiday to the city. Aidan and Emma were on hand to give us our initial introduction on how to handle ourselves out in the waters as well as the best route to take for our trip on the day. None of our party were experience boaters but were all at ease when going out as everything was so well explained beforehand. I would highly recommend this attraction to all who visit Vancouver as it was an unforgettable experience that I will definitely do again if I return to Vancouver. David (Ireland)

Rent your own private speed boat to explore the coastline in Vancouver. You don’t need a license, not have driven a boat before. That tag line sucked us in quick. They show you how to use the boat and give the driver a temporary license. You can explore east or west (to the waterfalls - a 4 hour trip) and we picked the west (a 3 hour trip), passing Stanley Park, the lighthouse, Bowen island, fishing and watching the seals. This is a super good activity for a small group. We hired the 17ft-90hp which carries max 5 people and has a stereo. $50 per hour (for 4 hours or more). It’s an extra $10 on weekends. It ends up being quite expensive. We stopped at Bowen Island to explore and even went to a bistro and had a meal. This was superb! What an awesome activity. We loved it.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! If you are visiting Vancouver this is a must! We hadn’t planned on renting boats but after a walk around the public market we popped in and it was the best activity we done for our whole trip. Firstly the staff we’re very professional but friendly too and made us very comfortable which was a big plus as none of us as driven a boat before. Out on the water the views were amazing lots of different routes to take with public docks to stop off at. Bowen island and deep cove had already been places we had on our list to see so we were very happy both can be visited when you rent the boat. And to end it the price was very reasonable way cheaper than other places we had been to before. Put it on your list to do you won’t be dissapointed!

A fun activity to enjoy around Vancouver! Instructions provided were great, boat that we got to rent was clean and just right for a group of 5 of us. Woulda been a great experience I'd return for .. except.. Staff got their bits in a knot when we made our way back and were only a few minutes late to return the boat. In an area where you're not supposed to be speeding through at the pier. And then telling us off like we were kids who stole your boat, "what are you guys doing driving in so slow! You're late! We have customers waiting! Please get out of the boat as soon as possible!" Perhaps your other crew didn't tell you that we got to rent it until 710PM and not 7? A little respect goes a long way towards paying customers.
