Blue Pacific Yacht Charters hire nice people. I met Jennie on the docks one night as she was trying to rescue a small seal pup that she had noticed. Apparantly the pup had been on the rocks all day. She and other staff called the Aquarium and rescued the seal pup. She kept an eye on that pup whilst doing her duties AND after her shift was over. I was going to stay and help but Jennie (whom I'd never met before) was there and I trusted that the seal pup would not be abandoned. I really admire that she took action. I respect Blue Pacific Yacht Charters for standing behind her and showing true caring. My next yacht charter would be with this company.

Pacific Blue Charters are the best in the business. The boats are beautifully detailed and their attention to customer service is without parallel. Its easy for a charter group to get praise for trips that are without issue. However, at no fault of Pacific Blue or their team, we had a small technical issue come-up. They way they handled it was incredible quickly solving the issue with incredible aptitude, professionalism, and cheery disposition. An incredibly customer centric charter company

Can't even start our boat. And is wasting our time.

Rented a yacht from Blue pacific yacht charters to go to my daughters wedding. I made deposit and finally total payment months ahead of time. They had not even checked the boat out after the previous client, . We found all the marine electronics were not working that included the radar, chart plotter, depth sounder etc. etc. The manager told me take it or leave it and seeing that I had to get to the wedding I took it. To only find out that most of the 12 V electrical system wasn't working so I had a limited use of the lights and toilets . Other small things but not unimportant were that the main rail that one grabs when loading on was broken and also all the major emergency equipment with stored in various lockers around the boat none of them marked. When I reported this on my return the manager got quite aggressive with me because I had spilled a little bit of glue in an attempt to hold the rail together. He didn't disagree with the fact that there was so many things not working he just brushed it all aside As not important. It took several phone calls and three trips to the office to get my $5000 deposit back three weeks later! I strongly recommend stay away from these people.

A few years ago we began to think seriously about taking our dreams of boating and turning them into reality. During our research we determined that Blue Pacific offered courses that led to an ISPA (International Sail and Power Academy) designation which is recognized in many countries including the British Virgin Islands where we imagined bareboat chartering in the future. In discussing our needs with both Mike and Sirpa of Blue Pacific, they provided answers to all of our questions. Once we were satisfied that training through them was the right choice for us, we asked to ensure we received an instructor that was both an expert as well as "fun". Our teacher, John Fairweather more than met our expectations. He was proficient (has been on the water since sailing with his father when he was 8 years old) and a real comedian with his sense of humour. John gave us all the tools we needed to be a good Crew Member and Skipper. We have since Skippered two different boats in the Blue Pacific fleet and look forward to many more happy adventures with them in the future.
