Hauled my sailboat out and broke the keel despite my telling them there was not enough clearance. "Just leave it to us, we're the professionals" I was told, just as they dragged the back corner of my encapsulated keel on the ramp and broke off an 8" section of fibreglass. I went into the office to complain and when I returned moments later all the broken bits had mysteriously been cleaned up. I had them put my boat back in the water since they did not have the capability of lifting it high enough to clear. My boat has a 6' draft and I asked prior to making the appointment if they were certain they could handle that much draft at the ramp. The answer was yes, no problem at all. Nothing was done for me about the damage by Crescent and I had it repaired at Shelter Island at my own cost. Be very careful if you use these guys.

Private marina - but if you get invited to a party or function, GO. Lots of fun and fabulous food. If you own a boat, you must check out this wonderful marina.
