This was my first charter with NYC. I thought it was first class service. Ian was knowledgeable and gave a good orientation with the 34' power boat we chartered for a week to the Gulf Islands. We came over on the ferry from Vancouver, they picked us up and loaned us one company vehicle to pick up our supplies. Charts were current, boat was clean and in top condition. We will use them again.

Recently we chartered with Nanaimo Yacht Charters. Beth, Ian and the team were beyond helpful in organizing everything from our arrival off the ferry to reviewing the boat and ensuring we had everything we needed for our week on the water. Their fleet is in great condition and the selection of boats to choose from is also wonderful. We look forward to booking our next vacation with them again

I have chartered and instructed with NYC a number of years now and have also been impressed by the attention to detail and the interest that Shari, Ian, Lorraine and Beth have shown, as well as the rest of the NYC team. The boats, amenities and support is always first rate - no where else that I would go to. Kurt Wege

Five of us took a bareboat charter with "Enchanted" from Nanaimo Yacht Charters for a week in June 2018. From start to finish, it was a professional and pleasant experience. Ian and Beth were obviously knowledgable and experienced and this gave us the comfort that everything would be taken care of. The crew on the dock also went out of their way to help us get aboard quickly. Like others who have posted on this site, we have chartered in the past from another charter company on the Island and have to say this experience was better.

Horrible customer service skills over the phone. Maybe the woman was having a bad morning but no reason to scare off a potential customer.
