After purchasing a 2018 Tige Z3 at the BC boat show, the staff at Seca Marine (Brennan, Carter, Sean..and their service team) treated us Like family. All of them are highly experienced boaters. There were no hard pressure sales. They answered all our questions quickly and accurately. I visited both locations in Lake Country and Calgary and their operations are very professional. Brennan and carter delivered our boat to us on May 1 with a multi hour orientation and ensured we were confident with our big purchase. Highly recommend buying from Seca, even if you live in the lower mainland.

Hands down the best dealer I’ve ever dealt with in purchasing a boat from out of anywhere!! Not only did Brennan and Sean get me into the best RZX3 boat out there, they were easy to talk to and accommodating in every possible way - definitely a first sale with many more to come in the future and an excellent relationship built throughout the demo of the boat thru to the purchase. Furthermore, the entire team is friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. Sandy in the finance department couldn’t have had a faster turnaround either!! I would recommend the entire Seca team to anyone who is in the market to purchase one of these awesome Tige boats and have the best customer service out there.

Wow, what a difference people make. I recently purchased a 2009 Tige 22ve privately. It will spend its life on Shuswap lake, so I called the Tige dealer there to arrange getting the boat serviced. I was shocked when they told me "sorry we only service boats we sold" we can't help you. Interesting way to grow your business ??? A couple weeks later I was driving by Seca Marine in Kelowna and stopped in to look at some life jackets. There I was approached by guy named Sean who helped us with some accessories, when I told him that we had just purchased a used Tige he welcomed us to the Tige family and gave us a nice Tige blanket for the boat. He then introduced me to his service manager Andrew who was super friendly and also welcomed us to the Tige family. Fast forward a few weeks and we just had a full service done on the boat with Seca Kelowna and Andrew's customer service was outstanding. The boat was in and out as promised and the bill $ was less than I expected! When we upgrade to a newer Tige it will definitely be with the team at Seca Kelowna! Sean Campbell
