Excellent, knowledgeable, and professional service, we recently purchased a Kingfisher and had a very enjoyable experience with Jes, Greg, Brad, and the rest of the staff. The post purchase service has been outstanding, everything from personalized on the water instruction to maintenance and storage has been above and beyond expectations. They are also very helpful with advice on the current fishing conditions and what tackle is working. We are hooked.

I recently purchased a boat from Parksville Boathouse. Initially it became one of those deals that went sideways - absolutely no fault of the Boathouse. When issues arise you find out about the integrity and service of the business you’re dealing with. Parksville Boathouse rates as high as possible! Not only did Jes take care of me through the long ordeal but I also had the support of the whole Boathouse team. Greg and Mike both made sure that my issues were given the highest priority possible. Brad and his mechanical team supported me through the whole process. This team went above and beyond! After spending an enormous amount of their time and energy supporting me in the deal gone wrong and assisting me in terminating the deal with an irresponsible owner, they then made sure that they went on a search for the right boat for me. It took another couple of months to find the right boat. These guys never gave up. The true test of a relationship comes when there are issues to resolve. Parksville Boathouse will be there for you. Starting with the owners and continuing all the way through the organization, honesty and integrity are the underlying belief structures that drive this team.

Hi, my name is Cam Longland, and I would just like to thank you so much for what your company did for me. I was traveling to Port McNeill on my way to work and a wheel bearing fell off my boat trailer. I happen to phone you and instantly you sent two guys to fix it and fix it on site without me having a tow charge. Your service was impeccable and I was super impressed with your company. I would definitely recommend you to anyone and when I buy my new boat trailer I will definitely be buying it from you. Thank you so much. Cam Longland

Purchased a large Kingfisher for family and fishing. Very happy with the boat, glad we chose aluminum over fibreglass for the west coast. We selected a few options, some common, some not. Parksville Boathouse walked us through the pros and cons, and were patient and courteous throughout. This dealership has excellent west coast boating experience with a wide range of boats and options. we have full confidence in the sales and technical staff and would highly recommend Parksville Boathouse to others.
