Went and rented a paddleboard and had to pay $500 per board for a deposit which I have never had to do at another rental facility. Boards were small and unstable.

Like the post written below do not waste your time renting the boat at this establishment. As a group we rented the platoon boat, and prior to taking this boat out we were given no inspection and was informally told that there were three dents on the boat by a young employee. He had failed to mention any details about the location whatsoever, so they remained absent in the security inspection of the boat. In addition, Im not sure if the product they used in the boat were cheap counterfeits cause one of the gate panel had been knocked out. Later we were informed that the charges of the panel were $700 which seemed ludicrous considering how fragile the boat was, however before we were given this news we had returned the boat and was told that everything was in good working order. Next day i was informed that they had taken my $2500 deposit without my authorization, meanwhile I was told by three staff the day prior that EVERYTHING was in good working order. Myself with a few friends went to visit the establishments to see the issue considering we were told everything was fine ... when we went to visit there main site we encountered and dealt with an igorant owner. The dents on the boats matched the dents that we were initially explained to us by an employee prior to taking the boat out, however we were pretty much told nothing could be done and that deposit would be forfeited for the damages that was supposedly caused by us. This is a very sketchy place so be careful when renting because the next day we ironically encountered a former employee who had worked there and advised us that Mardy the business owner of okanagan water sport was a very shady business owner who is known to do something like this in the past.  Rent at your own risk.

Poor service! The accused us that we bumped into something but we didn't. Then they accused us we were drinking on the boat. Now they're keeping out security depositing to "fix" the "dent" and we have to pay! Man, I think they've been drinking. They have their employee work 12 hours 7 days a week...DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THERE and have all the trouble at the end of a nice day! Not coming back there...
