We pulled up to have lunch on our boat and had a less than stellar experience to say the least. 1 bartender to serve everyone - no table service which made the waits really long. They were out of propane so we couldn't eat. They ran out of ice when we tried to order a margarita. Outhouses were way over loaded, garbages were overflowing. A spot with great potential but currently has almost no effort put into it.

I had my wedding here. The staff are very helpful, even if it isn't in their job description, they will take care of you. We stayed on the resort for 4 days. The beach is amazing, there are tons of water sports to partake in. We used the water trampoline and the paddle boards, all of which were in good condition and we created great memories. The food in particular is incredible. The pear and spinach salad is a must have and same with their house white wine. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

My husband and I had a great time, people are nice, food was great, hot tap and pool were clean and we definitely took advantage of it. Internet signal could have been better. I think this place it'll great to be at in summer time.

Only go here if you are able to significantly lower your service standards. It is a nice resort, a bit outdated at parts but still nice (not even close to worth what i paid for the two nights) but is in some serious need of a new management. The staff all seems to young and doesn't take the job seriously at all. After we waited upwards of two hours after check in time for our suite to be cleaned (half the time cleaning staff wouldn't even answer reception) we waited to be served some coffee and instead got an ear full from the server telling the other table how hammered he got before work and slept with the head front desk girl....nice. In the morning we waited another hour JUST to get menus for breakfast, by the time the waitress came to us, they were only serving lunch. People at other tables were walking up to grab their own food from the kitchen and debating on walking out on their bills as they had been waiting so long. Lots of the staff by the pool area were, in uniform, smoking and talking/screetching loudly about which staff members they had slept with. Over all, not worth the money. Though thanks to Trevor the bartender who kept us entertained during the evenings. Could be a nice place if they hired mature staff that wanted to do a good job.

Nice location , but from very reliable source poor housekeeping, under staffed, lousy quality control. New Chinese owner cutting corners, motives unclear. Keep driving !
