Horrible ! Lady at the rental window needs to be retrained on her customer service and how to communicate with people. Boat was smaller than what we rented in terrible condition… We were given broken tubes. Called to let them know right away only to have the same lady with attitude on the phone. Over priced for what you get! But a shout out to the nice doc peeps, they were friendly and helpful !! PS. People are on vacation .. a lil kindness would be appreciated.

Called a couple days before renting told the price was 635$ for four hours plus 50$ for a tube. Bring cash pay no tax. On the day we went the total price for boat and tube became 750$ cash no tax. Not cool! Still cheaper than most places but not cool. Staff was pretty good but the pre departure instruction was not great if you have little or no experience. Little bit of a shady joint. Boat was in o.k shape loose/broken boarding handle at the back ladder among other thing's. Book a few day's in advance to get best rate. Seems like the type of place that could easily rip your credit card off/blame you for damages.

We reserved the boat in advance for four hours with a tube. We showed up and the woman at the counter, gave us attitude, was difficult to communicate with and ask questions…..not very informative! They messed up our reservation, and we did not get the boat that we originally reserved, and ended up getting a much smaller boat, that was run-down, ripped seats, non-functioning gauges, etc. The boat was so rough, that another reservation probably turn it down and got ours! Our first attempt at tubing, the handle ripped off the tube, and the tube was generally in bad shape to begin with. We called to ask the lady if she had another tube….she was very difficult over the phone and would not confirm if it was a multi rider tube. The best experience of the day was the young lady working the life jackets, and the dock boys, who were very polite and helpful. The check-in counter needs retraining on customer service!

me and my crew rented jet skis today, and the lady who worked there with the pink hair was incredibly rude to all of us. She was rolling her eyes and being mean to every one of my fellow colleagues. Please reconsider her position as a customer service employee. We left feeling astonished by the actions she was extruding towards us.

Rented a boat here and it was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. No issues with the boat.
