We had a bearing on our travel trailer burn out. After getting it towed to NR they promptly got at it and had it fixed by noon the next day. They even helped us find a hotel room for the night .This is definitely the right place to go for help!! Thanks so much for for your time and help!!

Stay away from this place!! I bought a 50k dollar kingfisher from here a few weeks ago, has been a terrible experience from the get go. Boat had a couple dime size paint chips, sales would not repair paint and used touch up paint on the chips. Upon service installing a kicker the boat now had more scratches on the main motor and mounting area, still waiting for them to replace a panel that they ripped near the kicker. Also not a very nice install job of all wiring etc for motors. Tie rod parts for kicker were rubbing on main motor, needed adjusting from brand new.. Upon getting the boat on the water the fuel gauge did not work, pulled the boat out a couple hours later to find that the prop had loosened right off! The nut was about to fall off.. Brought boat back to NR for the fuel gauge, guy at the counter said it would be a few minute job and just make an appt with service for the next week. they said I could just stay and they would do it quick but I decided to leave my boat there for the day.. after not hearing anything for 2 days called back and they said they would get to it that night or next day, so waited another 2 days and called back and they said the same thing again! That they would check it that night or next day, they have given me that same lie 4 times in a row now, needless to say I still do not have my boat back from them a week after dropping it off. Believe what you hear about this place, they do not seem to care about you at all. Have never heard anything good about NR motors from anybody I know.. sorry for the bad review but you guys need to do better!

Sales staff are very helpful and friendly... can't say the same for the Service Dept. Thoroughly frustrating experience, they have no regard for the customer's time, they do not honour appointments, they do not call when they have cancelled on you... and they are not apologetic at all... probably not going back...

I'm sooo done with these clowns...twice i had my boat in and they said the battery was dead..didnt bother charging it...sent it back to me dead. Took it in and they had it for 2 weeks and never touched it. And they sent it back with muddy foot prints. Said I needed a new impeller..well my buddy who builds and races jet boats tuned the impeller last year..i think I'll trust him. Also wanted 1000 dollars yo do it...part is 250 and an hour Labour...fkn rip off artists
