Not very helpful....they called me difficult because I tried to barter on the price. Offered me an insulting price on my trade in. Owner threatened to cancel deal after monies exchanged and deal accepted. I would have sued them they tried. I've heard nothing but very poor reviews from most people I talk to about Cycle North. I asked for some help checking the bus bar on my unit and was declined The only rude people in the whole affair was the "owner". The owner was the one calling me names and didn't want to hear my concerns The owner has stated he checked with the Ago dealer. I spoke to the Argo dealer recently, and advised him the money Cycle North had offered me was $2000 below wholesale that he quoted me. He just shook his head..... I sold it myself though the Bargin Finder for $4000 more than Cycle North offered. To their credit Cycle North did try to sell the Argo and did stored it on their lot. However they did not sell it....I did. Cycle North I suppose is great if you don't challenge them or stand up for yourself The owner says the majority of the reviews they get is positive. That may be........but with his lengthy reply that contains questionable facts, nay well make my review very memorable I hope their customer relations improve

Made our second purchase from Cycle North a couple of months ago. Service was above and beyond, the deal was all ready by the time I walked in the door. I was introduced to the lovely lady in business office, while I did the paper work Dustin took my son to go pick out a Helmet for his new Dirt Bike. Once the paper work was complete and the helmet was chosen we walked out of business office to be greeted by Wayne the Service Manager. Wayne explained the bike to both my son and myself in great detail. They loaded the bike for us and we were on our way, the whole process took maybe an hour. Thank you for the continued AWESOME SERVICE, your service is what keeps my family coming back!!!
