Been here twice, and both times the old lady with brunette hair followed us all over the store. I am a student from another province, and I don't like how she reps Terrace.

I enjoy their fudge. I would recommend that that staff re-evaluate their attitude and be aware of the local Indigenous land and people's they serve. Although they have great selection on traditional medicines and Indigenous merchandise, it feels appropriated on account of their lack of understanding and knowledge on the merchandise they sell. Doing some labour and doing the homework to understand and support the local Indigenous community would benefit their business greatly. I hope that Gemma boutique can reflect on how blessed they are to benefit from the ongoing occupation of Indigenous lands.

Great merchandise, can be pricey but they always have sales. Only rant they are over crowded and in need of a larger store.

Not polite. Not nice. Went in for the past couple of days and was not asked once if I need any help. Never saying hi when I walk in. Just over all ignored. When they walk past you they never say 'exscuse me' or anything the same.

The owners are very kind and friendly.
