The staff is extremely professional and accommodating. They have superior customer service and provide an overall very pleasant experience. I look forward to booking with them again in the future!

Rented last summer(2017) in Brainerd. Helpful staff, boat was in good shape. No hidden charges. I will probably rent this summer(2018) on St. Croix River. Hopefully customer experience will be similar to Brainerd experience. Prices are competitive also.

Convienent - Helpful - FUN! The office staff to the deck team are all just the best to work with! Helped us get our "feet wet" and back into the joy of boating & relaxing! Love the online reservations - so easy to see what's open and where! And so many locations to choice from!!! Totally great experience

I'm on my 3rd year with the club and have been very pleased with the overall experience. The boats are newer models (I believe they run them for 3 yrs) and the staff is exceptional! They have the reservation system down to a science so it is very rare that I am unable to get a boat. It's also nice that they have numerous locations to try out different bodies of water. So far no complaints!

We were members this past summer and LOVED it! Staff was super friendly, flexible and accommodating to our needs this summer! We had a blast- WAY easier than owning a boat. No maintenance, no trailer, no downtime, no storage... great for people like us!
