It was good buying experience. My sales guy Kurt was friendly and knowledgeable and the delivery with owner Derek was perfect. But the experience started before I walked through the door, Adventure Power Products is the only Dealer that acknowledged my website request for information on a new machine. I contacted 4 other dealers regarding machines and never received a response - why bother having those web forms if you won't respond. Not the case with Adventure Power Products, great customer service. Happy to support a great local business.

Over the years we have purchased several products from Derek and the gang at Adventure Power Products. The one constant that was always there is customer service. We’ve had snow blowers delivered, ATVs delivered. Every product ever purchased always came with a demonstration on how to use it properly. Pricing has always been competitive and above all else the people there are fabulous. Derek has built a great business and if you’re in the market for a recreational vehicle or motorized yard maintenance products like Chainsaws and mowers etc give these guys a visit...you’ll be glad you did.

These guys are awesome! Last week I purchase a new 2018 Legend 18XTR boat from Adventure and it was an exceptional buying experience. Their customer service at all levels was beyond what I have experienced before. I purchased a 2016 Legend 15 Angler from them last fall and the buying experience then was equally as great.

Above and beyond customer service made for an excellent experience buying my first motorcycle.   I stumbled across Adventure Power Products when I was searching for a motorcycle of a specific model and colour in my region.  Adventure Power Products was the only location that could make it happen for me. Living in Thunder Bay, I wasn’t thrilled about having to go to Winnipeg to pick it up, but now, I doubt I would buy a motorcycle from any other dealership.     The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable placing a down payment on a bike that hadn’t been built yet.  Kurt and Mike answered my questions over the phone, by email, and maintained fast and efficient communication through the month it took me to buy, ship, and then pick up my bike.  They don’t work on commission, and as a result, at NO point was there any pressure for me to put a deposit on a bike from them at all.  This meant a lot to me- as a first-time buyer, only riding for my third season, I had a lot of questions and didn’t want to be pressured into something that wasn’t a good fit for me. In the end, I think the staff were just about as enthusiastic and excited for my end purchase as I was.  The staff definitely have a great love of motorcycles and the products they sell at Adventure Power Products.    I have never experienced such great customer service. Mike, one of the staff members, offered to pick me up at the Winnipeg airport at 6 am so that I could get my bike at the shop bright and early the day I was going to pick it up.  He then subsequently, found and coordinated a transport that allowed me to cheaply, quickly, and safely get my bike transferred from Winnipeg to Thunder Bay without having to even go to Winnipeg to pick it up.  Through his dedication, I was able to get it my bike home safe and sound even earlier than anticipated. He even checked in afterwards to make sure the bike got there safe and that I was happy with it.   Thank you to you to Mike, Kurt, and everyone else at Adventure Power Products for making my experience purchasing my bike so incredibly easy and special. I am so grateful to you all. I will definitely be back!

If I could add more stars I would! I have been an Adventure Power Products customer since the beginning, and they are my first and only choice for powersports. Derek, Frank, Kurt, Danny, Jocelyn, Mike and all the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile! After sales service and support are excellent. After my many purchases (Cub Cadet lawn tractor, CC tiller, Kawasaki Teryx4, utility trailer, multiple Stihl products, motorcycle), I have sent my friends to Adventure, and they have all walked away happy! I recommend APP to anyone in the market for powersports, lawn and garden, etc.
