Super friendly and helpful staff. It was my first time at this store and asked for help finding compasses. The young lady was more than happy to show me the way. I'm very happy with the product and it was at a reasonable price compared to some of the big box stores. My only complaint is that it took me a few times driving around the block to fund their parking area.

It was so good to walk into a place where the staff really knows their stuff! Sandy helped me find a few different options for what I was looking for, and gave me some new things to consider. I really like their charitable initiative with the socks. Great idea! I’d definitely recommend this store and Sandy anytime!

A fantastic spot. I've been here for bigger purchases, like camping gear or new winter clothing. I've also purchased smaller things like Smartwool socks for my Christmas shopping. Staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. Products are super high quality. And it's a great local business to support. I highly encourage everyone to stop by Wilderness Supply, or at least browse their website.

Dealt with Carter. Had an amazing customer service experience. A colour of the item I wanted was sold out so I was contacted to see if an alternative was fine. Quickly switched my order and shipped the items quickly. Will order from Wilderness Supply again in the future.

Wilderness Supply is a small, local business. I had a wonderful experience here. All the staff was welcoming and friendly. Sandy was super-helpful and assisted me to select a jacket & gloves for the Winnipeg winter. She also modeled a jacket for my wife. They have a pre-winter sale where things are available at a discount. I will be returning here for winter activities.
