Bought a new sled from this dealership and they were great to deal with. Dealt with Gary in sales and he was very good to deal with. No pushy sales tactics. Couple minor issues with new sled but he took care of them right away. Highly recommend this dealership !

ALWAYS friendly staff and helpful... there’s a trust here!

I have been a customer of Luke's Town Service for many years, all of which I have been relatively happy with their staff and after sales service. This past week I had an experience there I cannot believe. I brought a 2 year old Arctic Cat snowmobile in there for a trade in appraisal. The machine was in perfect showroom condition with no mechanical or cosmetic issues whatsoever. Upon arrival they were supposed to have my new machine put together and ready to go. None of which was done. They had over two weeks to get get it done as the machine had been there for a while. So I proceeded to unload my old machine to have the appraisal completed. They told me it was going to take about a half hour and they were going to just give it a quick check over while I waited out front. So I waited the half hour then they told me they hadn't got to it yet. So I said I would go up town and do a few things and come back. So I did that and came back 2 hours later and they still didn't have it done. So I said I would go for lunch and when I got back they still weren't done the appraisal! I waited a further hour and half before they finally told me they had decided the machine needed $1200 in repairs. I told them that is not possible. I know my machine and that is ridiculous. So I loaded up my machine and went home. Upon further inspection of my machine at home I realized they had completely tore my whole machine apart and there was multiple issues with the fitting of the plastics, my side panels and hood had been all scratched like they had been laying on a shop floor, there is damage to my exhaust dounuts from not fitting the exhaust system back on properly, there are missing exhaust springs, broken plastics on my top hood pod and my spark plugs are rounded over from using the wrong size open end wrench. In all the years I've dealt with multiple different dealers I have never experienced this type of arrogance and disrespect. I understand their need to know what they are buying and they have every right to fully check out a trade in in as much depth as they would like, but if your going to start ripping apart a machine you better get the owners consent first! , and or allow him to watch what you are doing with his/her machine. This was the first attempt to buy a new Arctic Cat snowmobile from Luke's and it will definitely be the last. This was a very disappointing experience and I am sharing this story with hope this will not happen to anyone else.

If you are looking for new outboard - do not waste your time going to Luke's. Unless your definition of NEW is: dirty, UV damaged, no original box, banged up prop, and only couple hours away from scheduled service! Dealer's website is showing this unit as New 2015. During the email conversation the dealer has omitted the fact that the unit is a well used demo. I was assured that it is same as 2017. Once in the store, I've noticed visibly worn/banged-up prop, and de-colored control buttons (UV damage), but I was assured by the sales person that:" It only has couple hours - honest to God... However, I can't confirm since tech staff is not around." I was offered a new prop and $200 discount, but I chose to wait till next day to find out the actual usage. Turned out to be 14 hours! that's only 6 hrs away from first service: engine oil, gear oil, fuel line, breather hose, low pressure fuel filter etc. I wouldn't call it new. Judging by the state the prop was in - I have doubts about proper break-in. In any case, the dealer refused to sell a last year model (2016) at an advertised price for the model I came to purchase. The offered price was significantly higher that the competition. If you value your time - look for a different dealer!
