Brought my Triumph in for some servicing and had a great experience. They finished the job quickly and were extremely friendly, polite, and kind. They also have a neat showroom with a ton of cool things to look at. The parts guy also gave me good tips for maintaining my bike as well. 👍

The lawnmower I bought there was stalling out. After waiting for 15 minutes for someone to help me at the service counter, I finally went into the service manager's office. He looked up my file and said I had warranty for 11 more months. Perfect. When I picked up the mower, they told me it wasn't covered under warranty!! I didn't receive any phone call to authorize the repair, and was hit with a $149 bill!! That's 25% of the cost of the lawnmower. When I stated my dissatisfaction to the guy at the desk, he was completely condescending. I will never deal with this company again, and if you plan to do so, reconsider!!!

Owen and his guys at the service desk were polite, professional and on time. I brought my bike in for what i thought was a bearing starting to die and they found out it was actually my tire wearing unevenly and needed to be replaced. Glad it was fixed before my road trip!

Brought my generator for service under warantee. Brent in service was very accommodating and my generator was repaired in less than 24 hours with no hassle.

Called 8 times in one morning over the course of 3 hours to get some boat parts. Finally got through to only to find out they have no stock of anything I needed. Fine, i'll order them then (they said 1 week wait). Go to order a measly $80 worth of parts only to find out they won't order parts over the phone even with a credit card, nor without one. After 5+ years of buying from here, I'm going somewhere else. What. A. Joke. Good luck, you idiots.
