Took first aid and CPR training from a certified instructor representing this firm. Successfully passed all required tests and paid my fees for testing. When I went to get my credentials for passing their course I was harassed by a staff member asking me questions from the tests before I could get my certificate. I answered all questions regarding first aid and CPR correctly and was subsequently given my certificate but what a terrible business practice. I shouldn't feel like a criminal when trying to better my skills and to potentially help save lives. Shame on this firm for their mistrust of their instructors. I have since used this training to attempt life saving of an elderly man who had a heart attack in his vehicle. Your instructor gave me the skills and confidence to perform CPR in a proper manner. Feel free to contact me if you wish to make things right.

I'm an affiliate with the Lifesaving Society and have had nothing but good experiences with them. Though their business hours are a little tricky to work with when you're a student.

What a stupid commercial of a kid drowning in the bath tub and the mom says "oh my gosh no!" Get that off the air it's embarrassingly distasteful.
