Fantastic marine store for commercial and recreational boaters. Unlike West Marine will not meet Internet prices but will usually discount based on what you find online. They tend not to keep the place restocked so expect lots of sold out items during busy times of the year. However they have multiple stores in Maine and can usually get what you need fairly quickly. Standouts are their hardware, bronze, stainless bolts and fittings selection and ability to buy individual or boxes pieces. Great ropes selection. Great paint selection. Great stock of hoses and fittings. Online store is hard to find things in but they have their full catalog online which is great.

I'm sure their brick and mortar locations are probably mostly fine, but they've got a LOT TO LEARN about running a web store. That is a totally different ballgame. The standards are very high this day and age, and you are competing against everyone. You must be FAST and CARING, because those are the standards the other web suppliers have set. And the bad word can be spread as easily as this.....*. There's your one star for shipping so slow and not even trying to pretend you want to do better.

The staff is so friendly here, it makes you want to work there. Huge selection, clean and organized store and if you’re into boating, they’ll hook you up with all the local and best knowledge. I go at least once a week!

Wow! What a fantastic place to get all your boating needs. This location is like a small warehouse of everything for being out on the water, commercial as well 👍

I walked in with a buddy of mine because his father was looking for some electrical cables for his new equipment he recently bought. First impression was fine, the front desk said hello and we asked where we could find these cables and they showed us to them. When we were looking at the cables we asked the fellow helping us a couple questions and he spoke to us in a rather rude manor. Keep in mind we are not experts on this electrical stuff, we went for my friends father. I didn't like the rude attitude.
