just cannot say enough great things about Rallye Motoplex and their service team. Heading from Fredericton to Cape Breton for a bike rally and my valve stem broke in Salisbury. Riding with some Harley folks and so we called Toys for Big Boys first, but was told they don't service Suzuki. Called Rallye next, and I won't be calling anywhere else again. They picked me and the bike up in Salisbury, took us to Dieppe, fixed my tire and had the group of us back on the way in under 3 hours, for under $150. I'm still floored. My only regret is that I'm only able to like their page once. I'd click that button a thousand times if I could. Actually, one more regret - my wife fell in love with an Indian motorcycle while we waited for the fix. I think my wallet's going to hurt! 😭:D

Around May 12, I posted a simple tire pricing query using their webform. Received an automated acknowledgement. Received no follow-up and May 20, I emailed and asked what happened and apparently the information was "lost". I sent another very detailed email query relating to price, availability and eligibility for manufacturer's rebate on Dunlop motorcycle tires on May 25. No response by June 1 so I sent ANOTHER email and was told it would be forwarded to Parts. That was a week ago. They received one final email from me yesterday (June 7) in which I expressed my displeasure at the total lack of meaningful response. I told them clearly (but politely) that I felt that their lack of concern for customer care would ensure that they would not survive long in this business - no acknowledgement on that and don't expect one! I have bought many sets of tires, parts, maintenance consumables, riding gear and even a motorcycle from Motoplex over the last ten years or so. Some service work although I do most myself. Unless the new owners/management turn around their commitment to customer service, it is unlikely that I will be back! (They got one star because zero isn't an option)

Call with a part number! This is the 3rd time driving from 1 hr out of town to pick up a part, only to discover they've ordered the wrong one. Clutch cover gaskets turns into crank cover gaskets. Rear drum brake shoes turns into brake pads. Common parts are never in stock. Yamaha dealer who doesn't sell Yamalube! A little hard to do business with when there's competitors like FortNine out there.

Lots of inventory. Very nice, newly renovated store. Prices on clothing, boots and hats are high.

I'm taking a few minutes to write a review because I'm very disappointed in this dealership. I recently enquired about an used Daytona 675R they had in stock. I received a reply pretty quickly, from Chris (Sarrault) who confirmed that they would be able to ship the motocycle (I live one the in Vancouver BC). But after that, no follow up. I emailed them again, adding that my friend is also very interested in the other (new) Daytona they had. We basically wanted to buy those bikes together. No answer. I called them 10 days after, and Chris told me that his manager wasn't available (why would I have to talk to a manager if he's the salesperson?) and they would call me back, and yes, it's totally possible to ship the motorcycle as they did ship a scooter to Vancouver the very day before! ... Well, I'm still waiting. After that, I went back to check their inventory and "my" Daytona was gone. No need to say that I was very disappointed. I finally found the bike that I wanted and was given hope for nothing. Even though I live on the other side of the country, I think I deserve a bit of respect as customer. They should have told me that it was too much of a hassle to sell a bike and ship it, or that the sale was pending. I can handle the truth. But they probably didn't give a s****. A few days after, I received an automated message from the manager asking for feedback etc. I took the time to explain my disappointment in an email. Never heard back from him. In short, they lost 2 sales and gained a bad review. And apparently I'm not the only one bad review out there!
