I had great service and had my motor serviced and it well priced

Sep 16, 2017
I've had the worst experience in my life with there service. I took my 15hp outboard motor in to have a part changed. Paul said it would be 3 to 3.5 hours labour and would be ready in a couple days. Over a month later the motor is ready to go but only after they broke some parts that are in no relation to what I originally brought it in for. Tyler was the mechanic that worked on it. I don't know why they can charge $100/hour for someone that doesn't know what there doing. They are con artists. The bill ended up being almost double of what I was quoted. If you don't want to get ripped off, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO PHILS. Go to these crooks if you don't want to "meet your budget and schedule constraints". STAY AWAY

If you must have service done here, request Paul only....the rest of them don't know their ass from their elbows. Shady business, two shots of WD-40 and you bought the whole can.

Good spot for parts and help with your boat but the price is not the cheapest

New customer in 2017. I've had a good experience with Phil, Paul in service and the parts desk. So far so good, thanks!
