I started the process online and the majority of the process was via email as I was an out of the province buyer. My regular hours of work made the online method a little more convenient, however I did contact the sales rep by phone occasionally. The sales rep that I dealt with, Irvin, was by far the most accommodating and easiest guy I have ever dealt with when buying anything. He went above and beyond what is expected of a salesman and even came in on his day off to greet me when I went to pick up the vehicle. It wasn't just Irvin that left a lasting impression as I dealt with the parts department and they were equally as accommodating. I do not have one negative thing to say about the people that I dealt with and can only assume that this level of service runs through the entire dealership. Although a small gesture, the owner/manager even sent a personal letter of gratitude when I officially sealed the deal. I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking to buy and definitely recommend Irvin as their go-to person. There will come a day when I'll be in the market again and this dealership will be the place I call first.

The experience was amazing. Not your typical "pressure sale" approach, and both buying stages we're incredible. The salesman showed us without making tacky pitches, giving us privacy, while making sure that any concerns or questions were answered. We were able to work out a deal with everything we needed to feel comfortable buying a new car. The second stage with financing was the most honest from other dealerships we'd worked with. Transparency is key in today's world...and after going to four different dealerships before making our final decision, the team at MacDonald are what tipped the scale on making our choice. We love the car, and the service we've received since the purchase. No buyers remorse here! Amazing group that value their customers. Thanks again to this amazing group!

"Sue leger" you are awesome... most often you are there as my service consultant to greet me with a smile. Great work from the setting up of my service appointment to the dropping off of my truck in the service entrance. Very efficient tech as well. Sorry I don't remember your name. Someone look it up and give him a pat on the back.

My 2012 Terrain was burning excessive amounts of oil and required new pistons and rings. I was informed by the staff at the service center that there was an existing Service Bulletin that may cover the cost of the repairs and after going through the monitoring program for a couple of months the repair was done at no cost to myself... Very satisfied with the service as it was done quickly and I was kept informed during the repair

Very friendly and informative. We were treated very fairly. Overall very happy with the outcome. Thanks Denny and Mike!
