I have become somewhat of a regular customer since 2007, since then I have bought two small boats, a couple small motors, a 115hp and just last week a 150hp. I purchased a new boat from another dealer only because Blue Water didn't sell this model, I bought it bare and brought it here. I'm sure I lost a volume discount (but I am still quite satisfied with the price) by buying a boat and motor at two different places, but I have peace of mind knowing where the motor was installed, I know when it needs service I'll be looked after as I have always been. I generally put 60-70 hours on my boat a year, I wouldn't have anyone else on the island put motors on my boats or service them. Sales, service and parts departments are all great to deal with, they are open, honest, knowledgeable, and they work hard for you! Over the years they have went above and beyond many times for me, I believe they will for anyone...great job guys!...as always its a pleasure to do business

Long wait on "Back-order" parts, Bought 5 engines in 8 years, 3 have died. New Propellers don't come with a $13.5k engine after buying 5 news motors and oils/filters for 8 years.

The young guy at the counter (don't remember his name?) late yesterday afternoon was very polite and helpful with my inquiry about alternate outboard control cables and related hardware. A pleasant and valuable experience. Thanks.
