Called and was very pleased with the sales team. Got approved for a great machine same day. That's where the good ends. I walked in the show room 2 days later and was completely ignored. Must have spent 20 minutes waiting for someone to greet me but no luck. It wasn't a busy day and staff were busy chatting to each other. I left and took my business to another dealer. I didn't return.

A lot of upgrades to building, looks great guys, looks like a real dealer now.The service dept is awesome, the parts department is great if they had some more staff, hard to reach someone on the phone in that dept.I know its busy, but I have to run down there most of the time to see if they got something in stock, the phone should be redirected to message for them to call you back, its no good for out of town customers wanting to get part or accessories..They have a loyalty program that is not very rewarding for the customers in my opinion, bargain for all your accessories at time of sale .Sales guys are great, they always say hello to me and ask if I need help.Keep up the great work guys. The best brand hands down....
