I am very concerned with the level of experience with the technicians here. I left there thinking my bike was safe luckily a few kms down the road I pulled over to check. I would not recommend this place to anyone for service. I had a great experience with staff I would buy new their but wish I asked around before going there on a service call.

Called to get a motorcycle tire changed. I had the wheel off the bike, the new tire, everything ready to go. They told me it would be almost two weeks before they could get me in. Brought the wheel and new tire in on the Friday morning of my appointment (11am) and was told they'd call me when it was done. For anyone who doesn't know, this is a 10 minute job, max. By 4pm, I hadn't heard anything, so I called. They said they were really busy and hadn't had time to get to it, but it would be done the next day. The next day (Saturday) came and went, and I didn't get a call. Sunday they were closed, Monday and Tuesday I was busy and didn't really think about it. Wednesday was the day I had a friend coming over to help me replace my chain, a job which we needed the wheel on to do. At 2PM, I pulled in to the shop, assuming they had just forgotten to call. I went and asked for my wheel and was told it was scheduled for the next morning. 6 days, 5 of which they were open, after I had an appointment, and it still wasn't done. I collected my wheel and new tire and left. On the way home, I stopped at another shop, with no appointment, and 10 minutes later had my new tire installed. The employees themselves were pleasant and everything, and I think they did honestly feel bad, but there's really no excuse for that. If it's going to take that long, at least tell the customer to just drop it off, without an appointment, and that it might take a week or two. I won't be bringing anything here again, and since this incident I've heard from a few people that they've had similar experiences.

Very Poor Customer Service!!!! I have a Arctic Cat - Sabre Cat with a recall that needs to be done due to fire hazard. I called twice and they told me both times they would call me back when they had the gas tank in so they could complete the recall and I never did hear back from them even though the confirmed my initial call to them was on February 26, 2017. I decided to call another dealer today and they were very helpful and even made the appointment and the work completed next week. I will never shop or call this dealer again!

$900 for fuel pump + shipping when I can buy brand new one from amazon for $160 shipping included. Techician will charge minimum 200$ just to take a look at the bike. Over priced terrible service. I hope this place closes so new owner will take it over.
