Just came out of the physical location here. Purchased a bike stand. The girl at the front was very nice and helpful. She went beyond to help me find the correct size pins etc. Thank you.

I actually visited the physical location in order to do a return refund. Process was seamless and my refund was processed promptly. No issues with that virgin ties at all, it's just that they sold my motorcycle before I even open the package. This place has a wide variety of Aftermarket accessories, components apparel Etc I would highly recommend this place whether you ride a V-Twin sportbike or metric there's definitely something here for everyone.

We just came from our first experience at KapscoMoto after being referred there by a fellow bike enthusiast. We drove an hour to visit after trying to inquire after a part via phone, then their online live chat, and then leaving an email at the customer service address; none of which were responded to. In spite of this we drove out and found the show room to be very nice, clean and organized with a nice selection and a large warehouse of stock. The (blond?) woman at the front didn’t greet us and didn’t seem to be doing anything productive. We found the part we were looking or after being made to feel like we were inconveniencing her by shopping there. She was consistently impolite and unhelpful and wore a sour face the entire time we spoke with her. I thought maybe she was hungover or just tired and gave her the benefit of the doubt until she was helping the only other customer in the store who happened to be handsome at which point I learned that she could smile and be polite but chose not to be with us. To summarize, we purchased less items than we wanted or intended because of the poor customer service, and we won’t be referring anyone else to this store. This is very disappointing since the store obviously has a lot of great products and a nice show room. This may be obvious but I’ll also point out that in a customer facing retail environment, customer service is paramount and costs literally nothing. Someone’s hard work and investment in their business is being pissed away by rude staff. Good luck with your business in the future.
